Violations that cannot be reconciled
According to the Traffic Law, there are 30 traffic violations that cannot be reconciled, and they are as follows:
A violation of driving in the opposite direction and its penalty: 3000 pounds, the minimum is 1000 pounds, and up to imprisonment.
A fine for driving without a driver’s license, the penalty for which is 3000 EGP and the minimum is 1000 EGP.
Violation of tampering with traffic plate numbers and its penalty: 1500 pounds, the minimum is 300 pounds, and a suspension of 6 months.
Violation of withdrawing a driver’s license and its penalty: 2000 pounds, and the minimum is 1000 pounds.
Violation of assaulting a traffic officer, the penalty of which is 1500 pounds, and the minimum is 300 pounds.
Violation of failure to meet the conditions of security and durability, and the penalty is 50 pounds, and the minimum is 20 pounds.
– The fine for installing alarm devices in violation of the law is 1,000 pounds, and the minimum is 500 pounds.
The fine for participating in wedding parking lots is 1,000 pounds, and the minimum is 300 pounds.
Violation of not installing traffic signs 1500 pounds, and the minimum amount is 300 pounds.
A fine for deliberately obstructing traffic is 1500 pounds and the minimum is 300 pounds.
Violation of covering up the accident that occurred from him and resulted in injuries of 1000 pounds, and the minimum amount is 500 pounds.
Violation of installing curtains that obscure vision 100 pounds and the minimum is 20 pounds.
A fine for violating stained glass that obscures vision is EGP 100, and the minimum is EGP 20.
A fine for breaking a car windshield is 100 pounds, and the minimum is 20 pounds.
A fine for carrying extra passengers is 1500 pounds and the minimum is 200 pounds.
