Wes Smith, a 21-year-old student at Texas Christian University, was shot and killed Friday in Fort Worth when suspect Matthew Purdy allegedly approached him and shot him three times. Police say it appears to be a random attack on an innocent young man. NBC’s Shaquille Brewster reports for TODAY.
